Want to use your manual talent and skills to build the tools that manufacture our cars? In this apprenticeship you will learn all about the production and assembly of a wide variety of tools and technical systems. For your application you should have at least a good secondary school diploma.

Manual and machine material processing (filing, sawing, drilling, turning, milling, forming); production and assembly of stamping and forming tools; creation, testing, and optimization of programs for numerically controlled machine tools; heat treatment of tools and hardness testing; basics of additive/generative manufacturing with 3D printing

Technical understanding and manual talent; good knowledge of mathematics and physics; interest in modern manufacturing processes; good spatial imagination; sense of responsibility, carefulness, and precise work style; at least a good secondary school diploma

Attractive remuneration of €1,332 in the first apprenticeship year up to €1,434 in the final year (depending on location); excellent takeover prospects after successful completion
