Production Employee in Fresh Meat

• Operating and loading the packaging machine according to production specifications
• Weighing the product according to recipe and weight specifications
• Setting up the equipment for the production process
• Simple operation and monitoring of the machines
• Refilling and topping up auxiliary materials
• Placing goods into trays

• Experience in food production or meat processing (an advantage, but not required)
• Basic knowledge of using simple machines and tools
• Hygiene awareness when handling food
• Willingness to learn simple technical processes
• High physical stamina (standing work, lifting loads, working in cool areas)
• Willingness to work shifts (early/late, weekends)
• Basic German skills
