Implementation of the pedagogical field of action (within the framework of current quality standards in child and youth work) as a basic offer of open child and youth work Design of pedagogical offers within the framework of the open meeting Participation and development of offers during holidays, in outreach work and project work Cooperation and network building in the social space, collaboration with schools, independent providers, associations and other institutions in the field of child and youth work

Completed university degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (e.g. Bachelor of Arts - Social Work) First experiences and joy in working with children and adolescents Openness in working with target groups with special needs Ability to cooperate with specialists from public and independent youth welfare providers and other institutions Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts Sound MS Office skills and experience in dealing with modern media Teamwork, resilience, creativity/innovation, conflict resolution skills and willingness to undergo further training
