During your three-year apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), you will coordinate many logistical planning and organizational processes. It requires not only your physical fitness but also your organizational skills for a smooth flow of goods. From goods receipt to shipping our goods to our customers, you will learn all processes. During your apprenticeship, you attend the vocational school in Bad Mergentheim once or twice a week. Start: 01 September 2026. Duration: 3 years. Location: Bad Mergentheim. What awaits you: Insights: During your apprenticeship, you will gain various insights into one of Europe's most modern logistics centers for industrial supply. Focus areas include goods receipt and storage, picking, and shipping. Additionally, you will learn returns processing, route planning, and our hazardous materials management. You will be supervised by your trainer at all times and conduct regular feedback meetings. Responsibility: You work independently on tasks in the department and have the opportunity to participate in various apprentice projects (e.g., project groups such as apprentice committee, social media, WISpresents). Collaboration: You support team members and work closely with other apprentices and departments.

Education: You have completed school with at least a Hauptschulabschluss (lower secondary school certificate). Motivation: You want to apply and expand your interest in logistics in your daily work, learn new things quickly, and enjoy working in a team. Your strengths: You are characterized by a reliable and committed work ethic.

Security: We offer high takeover chances into a usually permanent employment relationship. On top, you have 30 days of vacation. For social engagement, you can take 2 paid days off per year. Further training: We do everything to help you develop and unfold individually – from thorough onboarding in teams to targeted internal training series specifically for apprentices. Additionally, there are over 300 e-learnings enabling flexible learning directly at the workplace. After the apprenticeship, there are opportunities for part-time further education (certified specialist, bachelor's, etc.).
