Real estate agent in a partner network

Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH is seeking an entrepreneurial person in Ahrensburg to build their own real estate business as a self employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code. The role involves property brokerage with support from an established brand and the W&W network.

• Build an active property portfolio in your region. As a self employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, regularly find new properties and prospective customers to maintain a steady flow of brokerage contracts and predictable revenue.
• Guide property owners and prospective customers through a professional brokerage process. From standardised property valuations and individual marketing plans to contract signing, achieve high customer satisfaction, referrals and successful transactions.
• Build your profile as a local property expert. Analyse your market, identify opportunities early and develop your own local marketing activities to increase your reach and establish yourself as a trusted contact.
• Build and maintain a reliable network. Use the W&W network and develop your own network of property owners, referral contacts, service providers and local contacts to support your business over time.
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently. Organise work efficiently with the brokerage CRM, property valuation software, other digital brokerage tools and clear processes to increase your reach and successful transactions.
• Run your own business. Manage marketing, sales and resources professionally and make informed financial decisions to build a profitable property business that keeps growing.
