Self-employed commercial agent (f/m/d) under § 84 HGB for Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH, part of the W&W Group. They are looking for entrepreneurial personalities who want to build their own real estate business with a strong brand and a large network.

• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region and regularly acquire new properties and prospects.
• Guide owners and prospects through a professional brokerage process, from property valuation to contract signing.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert and develop your own marketing measures.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network.
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently.
• Manage your business like an entrepreneur.
