What You'll Learn
- Insurance protection: Find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can feel confident about the future.
- Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Find out what they need and support them in person or digitally as they improve their insurance protection.
- Customer relationships: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with tailored insurance plans.
- Sharing knowledge: Identify market opportunities and use your knowledge to support the banking partner and the team in achieving greater success together.
Requirements
- Training in insurance, such as a qualified insurance adviser or insurance clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Experience selling personal and property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to take initiative
