About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers on insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you prefer a practical new challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year, plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. With good performance, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent contribution depending on distance to vocational school
