• Build an active real estate portfolio in your region: regularly win new properties and prospective buyers for a stable pipeline of brokerage mandates.
• Guide owners and prospective buyers through a professional brokerage process, from standardized property valuation and individual marketing concepts to contract signing.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d): analyze the market, spot opportunities early and develop your own marketing measures.
• Build and maintain a solid network: tap into the W&W network and establish a personal partner network.
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently: use the agent CRM, property valuation software and other digital agent tools.
• Run your business like an entrepreneur: manage marketing, sales and resources professionally and make sound financial decisions.
