Financial Adviser, Insurance and Wealth

As a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you will advise and support field sales partners and new and existing customers in Landau on insurance cover, risk protection and wealth building for Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG.

• As a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you advise and support field sales staff who close deals, as well as new and existing customers in your region, with needs-based advice on insurance cover, risk protection and wealth building.
• You arrange contracts based on customer needs, focusing on life insurance, health insurance, general insurance and investments.
• You develop advice plans based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and use them to prepare specific offers.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain customer relationships.
• You support field sales staff who close deals when new products are introduced.
• You raise your personal profile through sales promotion activities.
• You provide training for the field sales partners you support.

• You have sound specialist knowledge of life, property and health insurance, as well as investment services.
• Our customers benefit from your professional advice focused on finding solutions.
• You work flexibly and independently, prioritise your tasks and have strong organisational skills.
• You have completed training as an insurance clerk, bank clerk, business administrator or hold an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in insurance or financial services.
