• You handle customer enquiries about general insurance matters in person, by phone and in writing, and arrange customer appointments for the agency team.
• You support the private customer business, for example by preparing quotes and processing ongoing cases.
• You record, process and manage motor insurance claims.
• You plan and organise team meetings and events.
