We insure generations. And we train them. The sales-oriented apprenticeship 'Insurance and Financial Investment Specialist' at Württembergische Versicherung lasts 2.5 or 3 years. In an independent insurance agency, you will learn essential fundamentals for your further professional life. Additionally, you will acquire theoretical and general knowledge at vocational school.

You will learn the products of Württembergische Versicherung. You will learn how to service our customers in a service-oriented manner. We will show you how you can help realize the wishes of our customers through competent advice, holistic approaches, and individual solutions – personally and digitally. You will work independently in our diverse agency day-to-day business and contribute your ideas.

At least intermediate school leaving certificate: You have the intermediate school leaving certificate, the technical college entrance qualification, or the general university entrance qualification? You are currently in an apprenticeship or studying and looking for a fresh start? Or you have dropped out of university and want to take a different path? With us you can start – we look forward to you! Joy in dealing with people: You are communicative and enjoy working in a team. Driver's license class B: At the start of your apprenticeship you possess a class B driver's license.

Remuneration: Above-average remuneration: Apprenticeship years 1-3: €1,455, €1,532, €1,620 gross, valid from 01.09.2026 (plus holiday and Christmas bonus); On top: a bonus awaits you at the end of the apprenticeship for very good performance!
