You work in a well-equipped insurance agency. You handle customer inquiries on general insurance topics – in person, by phone, and in writing – and schedule customer appointments for the agency team. You support private customer business, e.g., in preparing offers and processing ongoing matters. You handle claims intake, processing, and management in motor vehicle insurance. You plan and organize our team meetings and team events.

Completed vocational training: Ideally you have an insurance-specific or comparable commercial training – we also warmly welcome career changers (m/f/d).
