Working Student in Event Management

W&W Service GmbH, based in Kornwestheim in the Greater Stuttgart area, is the central service provider of the Wüstenrot & Württembergische Group. It is responsible for data management, purchasing, building services, catering, event and mobility management. Support is sought for central event management.

• Support of central event management and seminar organization for the entire W&W Group
• Independent preparation, planning and execution of small internal events on site, hybrid, virtual
• Independent creation of calculations, quotations, presentations and invoice processing
• Support with idea generation and design of new event formats
• Support in projects, e.g. the introduction of the new training portal and a room reservation tool

• Studies in event management, communication or media studies, business administration
• Very good communication skills
• Independent, conscientious and team-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams functionality required
• First practical experience is an advantage
• Working student position (15 to 18 hours/week for at least 12 months)
