About this Apprenticeship
Württembergische Versicherung AG is looking for an independent intermediary under §84 HGB. As agency owner you run an agency of Württembergische and steer your own success.
What You'll Learn
- You run an agency of Württembergische Versicherung and act as an independent entrepreneur (m/f/d).
- You are responsible for leading and developing your agency team.
- You independently develop your agency, make it fit for the future and take on planning and steering of marketing activities.
- You maintain existing customer relationships, actively win new customers and build your customer base long term by advising customers individually and holistically on our insurance solutions.
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or insurance clerk (m/f/d) and several years of success in insurance sales
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action: With your entrepreneurial and goal-oriented attitude you drive your agency forward.
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer orientation: You enjoy sales and working with customers.
- Class B driver's license
