On behalf of an independent Württembergische insurance agency, we are looking for customer advisors (m/f/d). You work in a committed team in a top-equipped agency and advise customers in person or digitally.

• You are part of a committed team and work in a top-equipped insurance agency.
• Using modern tools, you advise your customers in person or digitally on Württembergische insurance products.
• Your competent advice lays the foundation for a successful customer relationship, builds trust and a positive customer experience.
• You identify your customers' wishes and goals and help them achieve them by developing individual solution proposals and offers from a broad product range.

• Your qualification: Ideally you have insurance-specific or comparable commercial training – career changers (m/f/d) are also warmly welcome.
• Enthusiasm for sales: Whether you are a career changer or a pro (m/f/d) – at our agency, enjoying sales comes first.
• Communication skills and customer focus: You enjoy actively approaching customers and have a good feel for customer needs.
• Driving licence: You hold a class B driving licence.
