Sales Assistant / Office Assistant at an Insurance Agency

We are looking on behalf of an independent insurance agency of Württembergische (agency: Mathias Anders, Zwickau) for an office assistant / sales assistant (m/f/d).

• You work in a top-equipped insurance agency.
• You take customer inquiries on general insurance topics – in person, by phone and in writing – and schedule customer appointments for the agency team.
• You support the private customer business, e.g. by preparing quotes and processing ongoing cases.
• You handle claims intake, processing and control in motor insurance.
• You plan and organise our team meetings and team events.

• Completed vocational training: Ideally you have insurance-specific or comparable commercial training – career changers (m/f/d) are also warmly welcome.
• Customer and sales orientation: Your way of working is customer- and service-oriented.
• Your personality: You are open-minded, enjoy working with people and stand out with your planning and organisational talent.
