An independent Württembergische insurance agency is looking for a part-time office assistant / sales assistant in Untergröningen. You will support the agency team with customer enquiries, quotes, ongoing cases and organisational tasks.

• You work in a well-equipped insurance agency.
• You handle general insurance enquiries in person, by phone and in writing, and arrange customer appointments for the agency team.
• You support the private customer business, for example by preparing quotes and processing ongoing cases.
• You record, process and coordinate motor insurance claims.
• You plan and organise team meetings and team events.

• Completed vocational training: Ideally, you have insurance-related or comparable commercial training. Career changers are also welcome.
• Customer and sales focus: You work with a focus on customers and service.
• Your personality: You are open-minded, enjoy working with people and have strong planning and organisational skills.
