You support our zahneins network practices in billing. You prepare cost estimates for all dental services and create treatment and cost plans. Billing of services according to BEMA and GOZ is easy for you. In addition, you handle the preparation of performance statistics for our dentists and prophylaxis staff and act as contact person for auditors. You carefully review the documentation of treatment processes and coordinate them closely with the treating practitioners.

You have completed training as a dental assistant (ZFA) and a completed further training as a dental practice administrator (ZMV) or equivalent. You also have extensive and solid experience in independent billing of dental services. You are very familiar with at least two of the practice management systems Z1, Charly, Dampsoft or Evident. Ideally you have initial bookkeeping experience or enjoy working into bookkeeping topics. As a team player you support your colleagues and value mutual exchange.
