Regional Practice Manager - North

• Support practice management: You accompany our practice managers in daily operational business and advise them
• Optimize processes: You analyze existing workflows, identify improvement potentials, and implement optimizations together with the teams
• Establish standards: You are responsible, in coordination with regional managers (North region: Lower Saxony, Bremen, NRW), for standardizing and implementing uniform processes
• Ensure quality: You ensure uniform quality and service standards along the entire patient journey
• Develop teams: You train and coach practice managers and practice teams in introducing new processes
• Drive digitalization: You accompany the introduction of digital solutions, especially a digital personnel deployment planning
• Use key figures: You analyze relevant practice key figures and derive recommendations for action for regional management
• Be present on site: You regularly visit our practices and actively drive their sustainable development

• Professional qualification: You have a completed commercial or business administration training or a corresponding degree and bring several years of experience in operational management, ideally in healthcare
• Numerical understanding: You are confident in handling KPIs, budgets, and revenue indicators. You quickly recognize economic relationships and can derive concrete measures to improve practice performance
• Organization & project management: You are an organizational talent, coordinate meetings and projects confidently, and keep an overview even with complex tasks
• Analytical thinking: You derive concrete recommendations for action from key figures and align your practice visits with economic and operational optimization potentials
• Personality: You convince through independence, sense of responsibility, and a confident, communicative demeanor
