As Supervisor / Floor Specialist (all genders) you are responsible for organizing the sales floor and take on the technical leadership for your 15-person team. You ensure with your team an attractive sales floor, an ideal shopping atmosphere and implement sales-promoting measures; You create professional customer service and implement suitable marketing measures together with store management; You lead by example, motivate your team through transparency and collaboration and take on the onboarding of new employees; You control sales floor topics, merchandise flow, processes between sales floor and warehouse as well as daily deployment plans

...you have several years of professional experience in a similar position with technical leadership responsibility; ...you have a high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, organizational skills and assertiveness and value a friendly, service-oriented appearance; ...you enjoy developing and implementing new ideas to make the Zalando offline shopping experience even more attractive and sales-promoting
