Apprenticeship as Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration Technology

You are enthusiastic about technology and want to shape the future with us? Then you are exactly right here! People are our focus – whether as customers or as part of our team. Together we sustainably shape the world of tomorrow. Starting 1 August 2027 we offer a 3.5-year apprenticeship at our Düsseldorf site. In theory and practical assignments you will learn how refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump systems are planned, installed and maintained. The tricky interplay of individual components – including electronic and electrotechnical parts – and their functioning will become crystal clear to you. At the customer site you ensure a good climate in the truest sense: you learn all about the requirements of our systems and calculate, for example, the cooling capacity needed to cool specific rooms. With ROM Facility Solutions we are building a forward-looking company within the Zech Group that combines technical know-how and engineering expertise with sound energy expertise and service. Our mission: We make building operation more efficient, sustainable and intelligent – and actively accompany our customers on their path to climate neutrality. Our vision: We strive to become the most innovative, digitally leading and sustainable facility management service provider in Germany.
