Internal Customer Advisor Specialising in Construction Machinery and Equipment Dispatch

We are looking for an internal customer advisor specialising in construction machinery and equipment dispatch to join our Wuppertal location as soon as possible.

• Main point of contact: You advise customers from the office on our construction machinery and equipment products and services.
• Customer retention: You work to keep customers satisfied and build lasting relationships based on trust.
• Customer advice: You identify each customer's needs and proactively offer suitable, cost effective rental solutions.
• Order processing: You handle administrative processes from agreeing rental terms through to invoicing.
• Dispatch: You arrange correct delivery and reliably monitor the return and condition of our products.
• Contact between customers and suppliers: You work closely with credit management, financial accounting, freight carriers and repair service providers.

• Training: You have completed commercial or technical vocational training, or hold a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: You have experience in rental, sales or proactive customer advice. Industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Solution focus: You have a strong focus on customers and service, and are only happy when your customers are happy too.
• Ability to deliver: You carry out your tasks independently, with determination and a focus on success.
