Lead Fitter Room Systems

As soon as possible, a lead fitter for room systems is wanted for the Berlin-Hohenschönhausen site.

• Professional leadership of the commercial employees and subcontractors in the Service Competence Center (SKC)
• Responsibility for the proper use of work equipment and materials
• Recording and handling of incoming damage reports
• Organisational support for the delivery and return of room modules
• Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations as well as order and cleanliness
• Technical and organisational responsibility when preparing container units and related materials according to the order
• Deputising for the site manager during absence
• Advising sales staff on technical questions
• Selecting modules and proactively leading all craft work

• Completed technical training (master craftsperson or comparable qualification)
• Relevant work experience in a comparable role with professional leadership responsibility
• Broad technical expertise and high quality awareness
• Keeps structure even in challenging and complex situations, works independently and gives the team stability
• Supports their point of view with sound arguments, brings others on board, and has business-fluent German
• Customer satisfaction always comes first
