Project Administrator

Location: Magdeburg We are looking for a Project Administrator (m/f/d) for our Magdeburg site in the field of construction site and traffic safety as soon as possible.

• Planning and calculation: You support the construction management in all tasks related to project execution. These include, for example, creating measurements, planning traffic safety measures and processing order and post-calculations.
• Invoice verification and creation: You check project-related performance, supplier or subcontractor invoices and create invoices according to contractual agreements.
• Claims management: You coordinate regularly with our customers, subcontractors and responsible authorities and ensure that the client's requirements are met.

• Education - Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an office clerk or industrial clerk. Career changers with craftsmanship & technical understanding and great interest in the field of construction site and traffic safety are also welcome.
