About this Apprenticeship
Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH, the exclusive sales and service partner of Caterpillar in Germany, is looking for a Service Administrator (m/f/d) for its Laatzen branch near Hannover, starting at the earliest possible date.
What You'll Learn
- You handle order processing for our service work in our internal order management system (Z3)
- Besides invoicing for our services, you support your team with general administrative tasks, such as opening orders for our workshop and monitoring ongoing orders
- You coordinate cooperation with the various specialist departments at your site and with colleagues at other branches
- As part of job preparation, you support both the workshop and the field service and act as the central link for smooth work processes
- You also handle invoice checking and invoice coding as well as general internal and external correspondence
Requirements
- Training: you have completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Practical experience: ideally you already have experience in a comparable position
- Customer focus: you have a strong understanding of customer needs and a service-oriented mindset
- Sense of responsibility: you work carefully, in a structured and independent way, and keep an overview even with several tasks
- Enthusiasm: you are committed, value a family-like working environment and want to move things forward with us. If you enjoy contributing and succeeding together, you are a perfect fit for us
- Doer mentality and team spirit: you like to get stuck in, work in a solution-oriented way and impress with your commitment and strong communication skills
