Technical Trainer Electrical Engineering & Control Technology

You are passionate about electrical engineering and control technology and want to pass on your knowledge in a practical way? Then help create high-quality training courses, develop innovative training concepts and inspire employees and customers about technical solutions. Start: as soon as possible. Working time: full-time (40 hours) or part-time. Location: Achim near Bremen.

• You inspire internal employees and external customers with practical technical training on electrical engineering, control technology and hybrid systems
• Together with departments and customers, you develop, plan and organize targeted training concepts
• You create, maintain and continuously develop training materials and training concepts
• You keep improving existing training and successfully launch new training offerings
• Developing and maintaining our Workday training platform is your responsibility
• Through professional exchange with trainers and departments, you ensure lasting knowledge transfer and share valuable practical experience
• You also support the responsible electrically qualified persons with training measures

• You have completed technical training or further education, ideally in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• You stand out with sound knowledge of electrical and control technology
• You enjoy explaining technical knowledge in a clear, practical way that suits the audience
• You bring a structured and independent way of working and strong organizational skills
• You are willing to keep building your expertise, for example through manufacturer training, and to earn and keep up to date trainer certifications
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments round off your profile
