Working Student HR Operations

In the Group HR Operations area of Zeppelin GmbH at the Garching near Munich site, we are looking for a working student in HR Operations as soon as possible. You become part of the HR Operations team and learn operational HR work from the ground up.

• As a working student in HR Operations, you create employment references, certificates and other HR documents and support us with contract changes and personnel measures.
• You keep digital personnel files and HR data up to date and complete and work with the team on various requests from our employees.
• You also support daily HR business along the employee lifecycle and contribute ideas on how we can make our HR processes simpler, more digital and more efficient.
• With us you don't just watch, you become part of our HR Operations team, learn operational HR work from the ground up and help us offer our employees a professional and reliable HR service.

• You are studying Human Resources or a comparable degree program.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way with a high standard of quality.
• Reliability and a responsible approach to sensitive data characterize you.
• You bring strong communication skills and enjoy working with different contacts.
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written, as well as initiative, a hands-on mentality and willingness to learn round off your profile.
