For our location in Hanover we are looking for YOU for the dual study programme: Bachelor of Engineering Mechatronics (m/f/d) - Product Development Metrology starting 01.09.2027 in Hanover. You will be deployed in the field of metrology in product development. You will take on various tasks in the metrological area, e.g.: installation, support, maintenance and procurement of measuring equipment in test vehicles; optimisation of electrical equipment and conversion of test vehicles; maintenance of metrology documentation, especially measuring instrument management; creation of documentation and calibration concepts; pre-selection of new measuring techniques or software solutions; creation of circuit diagrams for measuring aids and adapters. Your main place of work is Hanover. However, you will also have the opportunity to work regularly on our test track in Wietze. Our 3.5-year mechatronics programme optimally combines theory and practice! We train you at our Hanover site in cooperation with Hanover University of Applied Sciences. You will study mainly full-time at the university and spend the lecture-free periods and the planned practical semesters in the company. As a rule, one practical day per week in the company is also planned. In addition to the practical phases in your core department, ZF offers you the opportunity to complete assignments in other departments. Furthermore, our dual students form an autonomous team with the goal of health promotion. You have the general higher education entrance qualification or the university of applied sciences entrance qualification; logical thinking, technical understanding and enthusiasm for commercial vehicles are among your strengths; scientific subjects such as maths and physics are fun for you; you are a strong communicator and enjoy acting as the interface between different departments, internally as well as with customers or other market players; your English skills are good; you like to show commitment and take responsibility; independence and reliability characterise you; a previously completed technical vocational training, e.g. in electrical engineering or mechatronics, as well as professional experience are an advantage.
