B.Eng. Green Engineering/Energy and Process Engineering - Core Area Energy Management

Dual study program Bachelor of Engineering in Green Engineering/Energy and Process Engineering in the core area Physical Asset Management/Energy Management at ZF CV Systems Hannover GmbH, starting 01.09.2027. The 3.5-year program is run in cooperation with Hochschule Hannover and combines theory and practice. It is designed as a full-time study program; you spend lecture-free days and semester breaks at the company. A practical phase during a leave semester is also aimed for. Assignments in other departments are possible.

• Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair work on buildings, machines, HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), plumbing, electrical and other technical facilities of the site
• Planning and monitoring preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Managing repairs and fault fixing on building services systems in cooperation with the maintenance team
• Coordinating external service providers
• Monitoring the work of external contractors to ensure quality, safety and cost-effectiveness
• Monitoring and managing consumables, spare parts and the inventory of technical systems
• Supporting budget planning and expense control in facility management
• Optimizing energy consumption and monitoring supply systems (water, gas and electricity)
• Identifying and implementing measures for cost reduction and sustainability

• You have the general university entrance qualification or the advanced technical college entrance qualification
• You are interested in how building services systems work and already have some practical / hands-on experience in metalwork or electrical engineering
• You are enthusiastic about technology across trades
• The business aspects of a project interest you just as much as the technical ones
• You enjoy optimizing existing structures, developing new systems and processes, and inspiring people with your ideas
• You have good mathematical and analytical thinking skills
• You have good German and English skills, spoken and written
• You are highly committed and gladly take on responsibility
