At our production site in Gronau, we offer you the opportunity to train in an exciting technical field in the global environment of the commercial vehicle industry. As an industrial mechanic, you are part of our strong mechanics team and ensure that everything works perfectly in production. Our production is equipped with high-tech systems, where your precise and responsible work is required. The training lasts 3.5 years. With good intermediate examination results, it can be shortened to 3 years. It takes place in the following areas: training workshop, mechanical production, pre-setting centre, device assembly, machine maintenance, quality assurance, tool and fixture maintenance.

Your tasks include the assembly, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machines and production systems as well as the manufacture of components for our innovative series products. You have successfully completed secondary school (Realschule) or have a good lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss). You find maths and physics logical. High-tech products fascinate you. You are interested in technical tasks. You like to tinker and fiddle, and not just alone. Reliability and a careful way of working characterise you. You are curious and like to take responsibility.
