Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration

3-year study programme (i.e. alternating between company and university). Acquisition of a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration AND the apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (f/m/d). Attendance at the DHSH (Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein). Shortening of the industrial clerk apprenticeship to 2.5 years possible. Start: 1 August every year. During your studies you have the opportunity to obtain your trainer qualification.

You systematically rotate through our commercial business areas from purchasing through sales, export, human resources, controlling, accounting and scheduling to marketing. This gives you an overall economic insight into all processes in the industrial company. In the departments you are integrated into the daily routine and learn to practically plan, organise, implement and analyse business processes. Besides working in the specialist departments in Böklund you also get to know other locations through multi-week assignments.

General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification. Good grades in German, Mathematics and English. Knowledge of common MS Office programmes. You are curious and interested in business contexts. You complete your tasks patiently and carefully. You are a team player, sociable and not afraid to ask questions. You bring motivation and willingness to learn.

We cover your tuition fees. In addition to a fair remuneration you receive holiday and Christmas bonuses annually (Christmas bonus from the second training year). 38.75-hour week and flextime. Training allowance: 1st year: €1,095, 2nd year: €1,155, 3rd year: €1,255. €80 monthly travel allowance in addition to the training allowance. Guaranteed employment after training for at least 1 year.
