(Upcoming) school diploma with good to very good grades Interest in the energy transition and enjoyment in professional use of modern communication tools and IT Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility for first own projects Sense of duty, structured approach, and initiative Teamwork, perseverance, and diligence Good numerical understanding and no fear of "large numbers" Enjoyment in using spreadsheets and databases Pronounced interest in office and organizational processes as well as a basic understanding of entrepreneurial contexts Good to very good command of German and English in word and writing (C1).
