Graduate Programme Retail Business Manager

You have your (technical) Abitur and dream of starting out in a responsible position at an international retail company? As a discounter with heart and Dutch charm, ACTION is looking for you as a motivated junior manager. With this training and further education you earn 3 IHK qualifications in just 3 years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Retail Business Manager (Handelsfachwirt, m/f/d) and trainer aptitude certification.

• You start with sales tasks, e.g. restocking goods, inventory care, checkout work and customer advice
• Step by step you learn our management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal store changes, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and stocktakes
• Afterwards you also take on staff planning and management, because our employees are the heart of Action!
• In the 3rd year, exciting projects await you, such as helping with new store openings, store analyses with the regional manager or helping organise applicant days

• General university entrance qualification or Fachabitur with proof of internships (see IHK)
• Interest in management and store responsibility
• Willingness to learn, to commit and to embrace change
