Dual Study Program in Administrative Informatics E-Government (B.Sc.)

You help make official procedures possible online, transfer data securely, and simplify processes. In short: You make life a little easier for millions of people. In your four-year dual study program "Administrative Informatics E-Government" you combine theory and practice: Practice: You work two semesters with us at the RZF in Kaarst – in a modern new building with top equipment. Theory: You study at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kamp-Lintfort – six semesters. You even get paid for studying – approx. 1,615 euros per month. In addition, we cover your semester fees and provide you with a powerful laptop for your studies. You also work flexible hours between 6:00 and 20:00, and can work from home if you wish.

Development of modern tax software for the financial administration. Maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, from system technology to hardware procurement. Ensuring smooth operations. Direct application of study learnings in practice.

Abitur (university entrance qualification) or full Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification). Maximum 38 years old (exceptions possible). German citizenship or citizenship of an EU member state. Medical fitness for civil service appointment. We also welcome interest in computer science and technology, enjoyment of mathematics, and good logical thinking skills.

Approx. 1,615 euros per month. Coverage of semester fees. High-performance laptop for studies. Flexible working hours between 6:00 and 20:00, home office possible. Mentors from higher years help with the start and accompany you throughout your studies. After graduation, choice between locations Kaarst or Paderborn.
