About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at Action in Lichtenstein with experience in different roles from sales to store management. You will develop skills in retail, specialist tasks, organisation and leadership.
What You'll Learn
- Carry out sales tasks such as stocking shelves, maintaining stock, operating the checkout and advising customers
- Gradually take on leadership tasks such as product displays, seasonal layout changes, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and stocktakes
- Support store management with staff planning and supervision
Requirements
- Ideally a Realschule school-leaving certificate with good grades in core subjects
- Enthusiasm for retail
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Share Action's values: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect and customer focus
- Willingness to correct mistakes fairly together and learn from them
What Action Deutschland GmbH offers
- Gross monthly pay: €1,100 in year one, €1,200.00 in year two and €1,300.00 in year three
