Working Student Store Operations / Sales Support

Action is one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies. As a working student in Store Operations, you provide long-term support to the sales manager in day-to-day business, gain insight into operational sales management and independently take on organizational and administrative tasks.

• Support the Store Operations Manager with operational and administrative tasks
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, presentations and evaluations
• Create, maintain and analyze reports, key figures and overviews
• Support communication with our regional and store teams
• Coordinate and track ongoing projects and measures
• Create presentation materials and decision papers
• Support organizational topics around sales and store operations processes
• Contribute to various seasonal projects in Store Operations (e.g. selling fireworks along with the necessary preparatory measures)

• You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on business administration, retail management or a comparable degree
• Interest in sales processes, retail and store operations
• You work carefully, in a structured and reliable way
• You enjoy organizational tasks and like working in a team
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• You communicate openly and with a service mindset
• Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
