Internship HR Headhunter Management

Headhunter Management – As part of our Headhunter Management team, you will assist in coordinating and managing recruitment agencies and act as a key contact person. You will work closely with headhunters, our recruiting teams and our specialist departments. Co-creation – You will have the opportunity to participate in the entire commissioning process, from the notification of requirements to the successful acquisition of new employees for the company. In addition to your own area of responsibility, you can contribute a new perspective to our projects and processes through your initiative. With us, you will have the opportunity to help shape the recruitment of candidates via recruitment agencies in joint decision-making. Day-to-day business – Your daily tasks include communication with our external service providers and the processing of invoicing processes in SAP and other systems. You will also support not only the creation of internal presentations but also the preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports for management.

• Help coordinate and manage recruitment consultancies as an important contact person
• Help throughout the whole commissioning process, from the request for need to successfully hiring new employees
• Communicate with external service providers
• Handle invoice processes in SAP and other systems
• Create internal presentations
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for management

• You study economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar field, or you are in a gap year between bachelor's and master's.
• You are interested in HR topics and ideally already have some practical experience from internships, working student jobs or project work.
• You have very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
• You want to support us during your internship for a period of at least 6 months.
