• Provide professional assistance: With your automotive expertise, you offer our members reliable and professional help at the breakdown site. Through comprehensive onboarding and support from experienced colleagues, we ensure you can start successfully with us.
• Solve technical problems: You diagnose and rectify technical defects on motor vehicles and bicycles to make them roadworthy again. You also give road users competent information and advise on possible follow-up measures.
• Coordination and collaboration: In close coordination with our dispatch and external partners, you ensure that the breakdown assistance process runs smoothly.
• Support and acquire members: You are the first point of contact for our members on site, advise on their membership, inform about additional services, and win new members as a representative of ADAC.

• Professional requirements: You have a completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or automotive electrician (f/m/d) and are willing to apply and further develop your skills.
• Mobility: A valid class B driver's license (or former class 3) is required so you can reach assignments safely and reliably.
