Clerk for Data Entry and Publishing Cars and Motorhomes

ADAC e.V. is looking for a clerk for data entry and publishing on cars and motorhomes in Landsberg am Lech. Full-time, permanent.

• You maintain and update car and motorhome databases, recording new vehicle data, technical specifications and model information.
• Creating descriptive texts on vehicle brands and models, including model histories, is part of your duties.
• You edit and optimize vehicle photos for publication in print and online media.
• Through careful research you record and maintain vehicle recalls in the relevant database.
• You also independently publish car test documents based on the results of the ADAC car tests.
• From technical vehicle data and measurement results you create evaluations, statistics and press releases.
• With your structured and careful way of working you ensure high data quality and up-to-date information.
• You work confidently with various data sources and contribute significantly to preparing and providing relevant vehicle information.

• You have completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive field.
• You have extensive knowledge of vehicle brands and models on the German automotive market.
• A strong interest in vehicle technology and a good technical understanding of modern cars and motorhomes set you apart.
• You use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, confidently and routinely.
• Ideally you also have experience with image editing software.
• You approach working with databases and maintaining structured data confidently and carefully.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various contacts make you a valued team member.
• An independent, structured and conscientious way of working characterizes your daily work.
• In addition, you have a strong affinity for data, quality assurance and digital media.
