Agentic Salesforce Architect - Security

• Security Architectures for Agentic AI: You develop security architectures for the Salesforce NextGen Platform around Agentforce360, Salesforce Data360, MuleSoft and other connected GenAI solutions and services.
• Agent Monitoring & Reporting: You design and establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms for AI agents and define security-relevant KPIs and alerts (e.g. authorization violations).
• Risk, Threat Modelling & Compliance: You conduct threat modelling, risk analyses and security reviews for agentic use cases and assess security and compliance requirements of Salesforce, Agentforce and the GenAI platforms used.
• Pre-Sales Support: You work closely with Sales and Business Development, design and moderate pre-sales workshops and architecture pitches. You are responsible for (security) architectures and estimates in proposals for Agentic Enterprise and Salesforce.
• Assets & Best Practices: You build reusable go-to-market and sales assets (e.g. reference architectures, security blueprints, presentations) for Agentic Enterprise solutions.

• Degree: You have a completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field.
• Security Architecture: You have several years of experience as a Security Architect, Information Security Consultant or in a comparable role in a cloud and enterprise environment.
• Salesforce & Agentic Enterprise Affinity: You have experience with Salesforce, a strong interest in security architectures and want to shape the Agentic Enterprise with a focus on Salesforce.
• GenAI Ecosystem: You are familiar with the relevant GenAI tool stack or willing to acquire this knowledge.
• Pre-Sales Experience: You have experience supporting pre-sales activities - in proposal preparation, estimation, RFP response and pitches – and enjoy working closely with sales teams.
• AI Competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso.
• Communication Skills & Language: You communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT, security and management and have very good German and good English skills.
