• Shape processes: You define and model processes, components, and systems for our renowned clients in statutory health insurance.
• Advise clients: You develop solutions that reliably take into account regulatory requirements from the Social Code.
• Accompany workshops: You plan workshops, moderate them, and ensure structured follow-up.
• Drive projects: You assist with tests, acceptances, and implement project goals together with your team.
• Sales support: You actively participate in client acquisition and strengthen our business relationships.

• Professional experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in statutory health insurance and IT competence.
• Requirements management: You bring methodological and practical experience in requirements management and requirements definition; experience in the telematics infrastructure (TI) and electronic patient record (ePA) complements your profile.
• Product knowledge: You know healthcare products and industry software systems such as BITMARCK_21c|ng, oscare®, TKeasy.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
