• Holistic consulting: You accompany our customers in designing modern customer journeys across the entire platform – from the first idea to go-live.
• Analysis & Design: You gather requirements, model business processes and translate them into technical solution designs (e.g. for Sales, Service or Marketing).
• Platform Configuration: You implement solutions in Salesforce and use the full potential of the Salesforce platform - from Sales/Service via Experience and Marketing to Industries.
• Innovation & Data: You integrate innovative features like Einstein AI, Agentforce and the Data Cloud to create personalized customer experiences in real time.
• Teamplay & Responsibility: You work in interdisciplinary, cross-cloud teams and manage (sub-)projects independently while adhering to time and quality. Depending on seniority you take on technical leadership of team members and actively support our sales in proposal preparation and presales phases.
• Continuous Development: You stay on the pulse of time through Trailheads, certifications and exchange within our lively Salesforce community.

• Salesforce fundamentals: You master the Salesforce platform and have already gained several years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Education & Qualification: You have completed training or a degree in (Business) Informatics or bring a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional domains: You bring in-depth knowledge in at least one area, be it in CRM processes (Sales/Service) or in Marketing Automation (Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement) and have the desire to look beyond your previous domain.
• Methodology: You have a feel for data models and understand how to translate complex business logic into technical processes and love to solve problems, take responsibility and strategically develop customers further.
• Certificates: You already possess Salesforce certifications e.g. Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant, FSL, Revenue Cloud.
• AI Competence: You use AI tools in your field confidently, evaluate results critically and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potentials.
• Language skills: With very good German and good English skills you communicate confidently in technical and professional contexts.
