What You'll Learn
- Shape the future: You actively shape the retail of the future by holistically advising your customers on the conception and implementation of innovative technologies such as AI-supported POS solutions, modern cash register systems, or IoT in stores.
- Live customer proximity: You advise retail companies at the interface between IT and specialist departments.
- Lead workshops: You plan, design, and moderate workshops for your clients.
- Implement projects: You carry out digitalization projects such as ERP modernizations, CRM integrations, or self-checkout solutions.
- Support acquisition: You engage in project acquisition, proposal preparation, and presales activities.
- Develop portfolio: You drive the further development of solutions for digitalization in retail.
Requirements
- Degree: A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable course of study forms your basis for this role.
- Industry experience: You have 3 years of professional experience in the IT environment at an IT service company, a retail company, or a consultancy with a content focus on retail in stationary retail or e-commerce.
- Technology enthusiasm: Cash register systems, CRM solutions, fraud prevention, or retail media fascinate you.
- Analytical skills: You combine analytical thinking with pragmatic implementation and an innovative perspective.
- Agile methods: Ideally, you have practical experience in classic and agile process models/methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for carrying out (software) projects.
- AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English.
