• ServiceNow Development: You develop and improve technically demanding ServiceNow platforms for our customers independently.
• Customer-specific Applications: You create and adapt demanding ServiceNow applications to customer needs.
• Integration: You develop components for integrating surrounding systems such as SSO, LDAP, REST and SOAP.
• Domains: You work in areas such as Customer Service Management, Field Service Management and IT Service Management.
• Knowledge Building: You actively support the development of our international ServiceNow Competence Center.
• Mentoring: You take on sponsorships and actively pass on knowledge to new ServiceNow developers.

• A completed degree in computer science or comparable training forms the basis for this role.
• You have several years of experience in the development environment with a focus on ServiceNow.
• You master solutions and interface concepts as well as standards such as JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP and XML.
• You are certified as "NOW-Certified System Administrator" and ideally as "NOW-Certified Application Developer".
• You use AI tools confidently in your field, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
• You speak fluent German and English at least at C1 level.
