• Customer support: You are the main contact person for our customers for product-related questions and build a relationship with the customer via email, phone, or video conference and maintain this relationship.
• Problem solving: You resolve customer questions and requests by identifying problems, researching answers, collaborating with vendors or other team members, and delivering solutions or creating suitable workarounds.
• Support provision: You provide end-to-end support for complex applications for issues recorded in the ticketing system.
• Business process analysis: You analyze customers' business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gap analyses: You conduct gap analyses between our customers' requirements and the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) or Business Central (Navision) and design solution approaches.

• Functional knowledge: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) or Business Central (Navision). We also offer you additional training in this area.
• Experience: You have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role and good knowledge of support processes for business and customer applications.
• Analytical thinking: Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Educational qualification: A university degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) or a vocational qualification in a technical or commercial field with several years of professional experience in customer support or ERP consulting is advantageous.
• AI competence: You use AI tools confidently in your field, critically evaluate results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
• Language skills: Negotiation-proficient German and English skills in written and spoken form.
