Apprenticeship Process Technologist / Miller

Are you passionate about technology, machinery and industrial processes? Here you learn how complex production plants are controlled, maintained and optimised. Start your apprenticeship as a process technologist on 1 August 2027 and strengthen the AGRAVIS team at the Wiesbaden site.

• You learn to operate, maintain and optimise machines and production plants properly.
• When monitoring manufacturing processes, you make sure our quality standards are met.
• You spot technical faults early and fix them to ensure smooth production.
• You gain solid insights into materials science, measurement and control technology, and occupational safety.
• You also analyse production data and actively help develop and automate processes.

• You have at least a good Hauptschulabschluss or the mittlere Reife – ideally with solid grades in maths, biology and chemistry.
• You bring technical interest and curiosity about machines and production processes.
• Care, a sense of responsibility and teamwork are among your personal strengths.
• You work in a structured, reliable way and show manual skill.
• Physical work does not put you off, and you are motivated to keep developing.
