Equipment Electrician for Equipment Assembly in Hamburg

Airbus Aerostructures GmbH is looking for equipment electricians (m/f/d) for its Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. You work directly in the production halls on aircraft parts for the A320 family (incl. A321XLR) and the long-haul aircraft A330 and A350. Currently, permanent positions and positions limited to two years are offered, depending on your professional experience in the aviation industry.

• Assembly: You prepare, install and produce electrical components and parts that meet the highest technological requirements.
• You search for, find and eliminate faults and fix malfunctions. You recognize and assess the effects of e.g. repairs and rework with regard to the delivery date. You carry out inspection tasks, create test programs according to specifications and take care of calibrations, all to ensure safety.
• Your work is documented by you without gaps in the Airbus quality assurance system.

• Completed training as an aircraft electronics technician (m/f/d) with several years of experience in aircraft construction, or completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) / mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with several years of industrial experience or several years of experience in aviation
• High reliability, precision, patience and an above-average awareness of quality and deadlines
• Strong team spirit combined with personal responsibility and a desire to actively shape and improve production processes
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift system rotating weekly, 5-day week) and a team-player mentality when it counts
