• Help trainers plan, prepare and deliver training content in various technical occupations and dual degree programmes.
• Help create learning materials, presentations and practice tasks.
• Guide and support apprentices during practical training courses and various projects.
• Gain insight into vocational training administration, including employer marketing, recruitment, onboarding, teaching methods and process monitoring.
• Take part in internal meetings and workshops in the training department.
• Help organise information events and fairs to recruit young talent.
• Contribute to current projects to improve training programmes.

• Enrolled as a full-time student in a relevant technical, education-related or similar degree course, such as Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Business Psychology.
• Fluent spoken and written German (at least C1 level).
• Good basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
• Strong interest in technical subjects and sharing knowledge.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Initiative, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
• Initial practical experience, such as previous internships, part-time jobs or vocational training, is an advantage but is not required.
