About this Apprenticeship
Airbus DS Airborne Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of Airbus, develops creative solutions for customers in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Cargo Loading Systems (CLS) business areas. A Strategic Project Buyer is sought in Bremen as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Coordinating all procurement measures of one or more projects
- Supporting and handling contracts with the projects' main suppliers
- Helping with bid preparation and project planning
- Developing the procurement strategy for the projects together with project management
- Planning, creating and running tenders
- Preparing and contributing to make-or-buy decisions
- Obtaining and evaluating supplier offers, negotiating until contract signing
- Ordering in line with contracts and requirements
- Opportunity and risk management
- Regular reporting to project management
Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- Experience in project purchasing and industry knowledge
- Knowledge of general contract law
- First experience in SAP/R3 MM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience, assertiveness, strong initiative and commitment
- Trustworthiness, integrity and reliability
- Confident German and English skills, spoken and written, Hebrew skills would be an advantage
